GDPR CLAUSE – INFORMATION OBLIGATION ON THE WEBSITE

2. Contact regarding the above matters is also possible via traditional correspondence to the controller’s address, marked „Personal Data Protection”, or in person at: Avista Translations & Consulting Agata Zakrzewska, ul. Starogardzka 52, 83-262 Czarna Woda.
3. The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

• performance of the Service Agreement, including, among others: carrying out translations, language teaching and providing business consultations
• direct marketing – until the Agreement ends or an objection is raised
• financial and accounting purposes – processing is necessary to comply with tax law provisions
• defence against claims and pursuit of claims – until the claims period expires in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code
• handling complaints procedures

4. Your data will be stored until claims arising from the concluded Service Agreement become time-barred, or until the obligation to retain accounting and tax documents expires (whichever of the above events occurs later). If a Service Agreement is not concluded, your data will be processed until the correspondence exchange ends.
5. You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. You have the right to restrict the processing of your data or to have it erased, provided this does not conflict with legal provisions.
7. Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to fully perform the obligations undertaken by Avista Translations & Consulting Agata Zakrzewska under the Service Agreement concluded with you.
